Cypress Certified Public Accountants (formerly known as John K.H. Lo & Co.) is a professional practising firm registered with Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). With over 20 years of practice, together with our consulting arm, Cypress Advisory & Consulting Limited we have been providing comprehensive and "one-stop" services covering finance and accountancy to enterprises in various industries, assisting their growth in the current competitive and challenging business climate.

Our Management Team
The Cypress management team consists of professionals over ten years of experience in accounting, auditing and taxation, who have had worked in both so-called "Big 4" and commercial firms. We have practical and hands-on experiences to deliver business assurance and advisory services to multinational, local and PRC enterprises, in various sizes and status.
Over the past decade, our team has accumulated valuable experiences in consulting projects, taking the lead or participating in a number of advisory projects for clients in various industries. These special projects included initial public offering (IPO), due diligence review, internal control and compliance review, tax planning and structuring, accounting standard conversion projects, debt issuance programs and buiness consulting.
